Led by a Certified Personal Trainer. $20.00 per participant with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 participants. Accelerate your results with Small Group Training: Functional Movement and Metabolic Intervals. Participants will learn new exercises and techniques to fast track your fitness goals. We'll assess current fitness levels, movement, and limitations to customize a program that best suits the needs of all participants in the group. Led by a Certified Personal Trainer. $20.00 per participant with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 participants.
