Frank Petitti, General Manager

Before moving to South Florida in 1997, Frank lived in Michigan, where he was raised. He attended Michigan State University graduating with a Finance/Insurance degree. Frank began his Golf career in the early 90s and has been a Class A Member of the PGA of America for over 20 years. Frank became Head Golf Professional at PGA National Golf Club in 1997 where he worked for 8 years creating unforgettable golf experiences for all members and guests. From 2005-2014, Frank held the position of Director of Golf & Amenities at Frenchman’s Reserve in Palm Beach Gardens as well as serving as their Interim General Manager from 2014-2015. In 2016, Frank assumed the role of General Manager of Parkland Golf and Country Club. Frank brings with him a wealth of club knowledge, high energy and a leadership style that will be welcomed by the staff and members alike.
Mike Bronkema, PGA, Assistant General Manager

Mike was born and raised in Plainwell, Michigan and relocated to South Florida in 2007. Mike joined Toll Brothers in 2011 as the 1st Assistant Golf Professional at Parkland Golf & Country Club and became the Head Golf Professional in 2014. Mike joined the Jupiter Country Club team in 2016 as the Head Golf Professional prior to assuming his role as Assistant General Manager in 2019. In 2013 he was named Assistant Golf Professional of the Year for the Southern Chapter of the South Florida PGA Section. Prior to joining Toll Brothers’, Mike worked as a Golf Professional at several Clubs in Palm Beach County including The Breakers Palm Beach (Ocean Course), Gleneagles Country Club and Indian Spring Country Club. Mike's passion for building and sustaining relationships will ensure continued satisfaction and retention for both Members & Employees. Mike is an avid Michigan State Spartans fan and he and his wife Maren reside in West Palm Beach.
Scott Lefevre, PGA, Head Golf Professional

Scott has been a PGA Member since 1990 and a PGA Master Teaching Professional since 1998. A native of Pennsylvania, Scott has worked at top private clubs in 16 states. As a Leadbetter Instructor in the 1990’s he taught in Austria, Spain and Portugal. Along with wife, Martha and son Carl, They have recently relocated to Jupiter from Charlotte, North Carolina, where Scott was Director of Instruction at The Club at Longview since 2008 and Swing Coach at UNC Charlotte.
Mary Hutchinson, Club Controller
Originally from Leesburg, Virginia, Mary started her career in the country club business after graduating from Virginia Tech and moving to Florida over 20 years ago. Mary’s early career was with Club Corp before joining Toll Brothers in 2002 for a couple of years. After working in the club business for over 10 years, Mary took a break to pursue a role in public service. Mary returned to Toll Brothers as the Controller for Frenchman's Reserve where she spent 3 years, and now brings both her professional experience along with her personable style to Jupiter Country Club.
Becky Bale, Marketing & Communications Director

Becky has been with Jupiter Country Club since 2015. Prior to working in the Country Club business, Becky worked for News Channel 5 WPTV in Digital Marketing and before that as Communications Director for Congregation Bet Shira in South Miami. Becky has a true passion for marketing, social media and branding. She truly enjoys capturing those joyful moments at the Club and sharing them with the community. When she's not working, Becky enjoys spending time with her baby boy, husband and their dog, Romeo.
Tom Mastromarino, Head Tennis Professional
Tom Mastromarino, Head Tennis Professional, is an accomplished former professional tennis player and has 36-years of teaching under his belt. Some of you may be familiar with Tom, as he previously worked as the Head Tennis Professional at Jupiter Country Club. He most recently worked at Jupiter Ocean Racquet Club as a Tennis Professional. Before relocating to Jupiter, Florida, Tom was the owner and director of the West Side Tennis Club, an indoor tennis facility in Reading, Pennsylvania from 1985 to 2000. Tom managed the largest junior program in the state, with over 1,000 students. Tom has equally and successfully worked with adult women and men in private lessons, clinics, and team practices, helping them reach and exceed their individual playing goals. During the past 13 years, Tom has coached 8 Palm Beach County Ladies Championship teams.
Jim Moore, Golf Course Superintendent
Jim is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Science/Recreational Grounds Management and a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy. Jim joins us from Parkland Golf and Country Club where he most recently oversaw a greens renovation from Paspalum to TifEagle. Prior to that, Jim had an 18-year career with the PGA Tour and the TPC Network where his biggest highlight was building TPC Louisiana, and subsequently hosting the PGA Tour's Zurich Classic of New Orleans.
Kasie Zilk, Fitness Director

Originally from Southwest Michigan, Kasie has been a proud Floridian for 12 years. Following her passion for sports and fitness, Kasie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University. Kasie is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Before joining Jupiter Country Club, Kasie spent 11 years as the Fitness Manager at Lost Tree Club in North Palm Beach. In her spare time, Kasie likes to hang out with friends, go to the beach and run for exercise. Kasie is excited to meet each and every one of you and enhance the Fitness Department at Jupiter Country Club through new and exciting classes, programs and a personal touch.
Brian McGibbons, Executive Chef
Brian comes from a long family history of Chefs and Pastry Chefs, and was exposed to different culinary styles at a young age while growing up in the Washington, DC area. Brian began his career working in several trendy Colorado ski towns, and it was his natural abilities that led him to The Culinary Institute of America in New York. After graduation, Brian honed his skills by working his way up in high end restaurants, hotels and country clubs. In 2010, he and his wife decided to make Jupiter their home where he has worked under great chefs at Frenchman's Creek Country Club, The Loxahatchee Club and The Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa. Brian is excited to bring his culinary passion, strong work ethic and positive energy to Jupiter Country Club.
Jim Tills, Food and Beverage Director
Jim is an accomplished and dedicated service professional with more than 12 years of Country Club leadership experience. Jim honed his skills at several Florida Clubs including: Monarch Country Club, The Citrus Club, Sweetwater Country Club and Errol Estates Country Club. Born and raised in Wisconsin, he moved to Florida for school and earned his business degree from the University of Central Florida. He currently resides in Port St. Lucie with his wife Anne and children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family traveling, golfing, fishing, and landscaping his home. Jim wants to ensure all Members have an exceptional dining experience at their Club.
