      Fitness Center

      The 2,600 square foot Fitness Center is truly first class!  The state-of-the art Matrix Cardio and Circuit equipment is easy to use and appeals to practically everyone.   In addition to the Fitness Center, we offer a 1,000 square foot Aerobics room with a full schedule  of specialty classes and Private Pilates sessions.

      Group Fitness Room

      A full body interval training class that will sculpt and tone your

      with medicine balls, bands & weights.

      Gentle Yoga

      This gentle yoga class focuses on the foundations and postures in a class
      that is welcoming to beginners and to those wishing to build their practice.
      Eclectic Yoga The term "yoga" means to "yolk" or bring together.  In this organic flow class,
      you will be guided to combine poses and breath to enhance physical and mental
      stamina.  Together, we will support your body to open with ease, focusing on
      alignment, to safely progress your individual practice.

      Flow Yoga
      A gentle flowing class emphasizing mindful movements to lengthen and stretch 
      the muscles and then strengthen them, deep stretches, balancing postures, breathing 
      exercises and relaxation.  Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.  Be
      prepared to hold some postures and flow through some postures building strength and

      Zumba A mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style,
      calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over,
      you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

      Maximize your workout time with high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.)!  You will
      utilize complex body weight and resistance exercises in times circuits, working all major
      muscle groups to enhance endurance and building strength.  During active recovery periods
      you will be guided through core and balance exercises to optimize oxygen consumption
      (fat burn) and overall fitness.  Exercises are individualized for all levels.

       FitMix A circuit training class that progresses you through several stations designed to enhance your
      cardiovascular strength and endurance while strengthening all your major muscle groups. 
      Appropriate for all fitness levels as all exercises have modifications in order to make it your own personalized workout within a fun group setting.
